Not news: A man drives an ATV while drunk, and dies.
News: It's not his ATV, and he doesn't have a driver's license.
"Guess The State"-worthy news: He's blind, and his friends were helping him onto it and pointing him in the right direction.

Blind and legally blind are not the same thing. After all, he did have a licence once. And anyway, we've been trying to give stubenville to West Virginia for years. No one really considers that Ohio.

FYI: Having a license at one time has no bearing on how much you can see now. It's perfectly possible to go proper-blind as an adult.

FYI: The only reason you call someone "legally blind" and not just blind is because they can see, just not well enough that they should operate an atv. drunk. in the woods. with their asshole friends.
