I am reminded of the anime-chick Realdoll, which is similarly freaky, but with goofy pink hair and enormous tits that are definitely NOT gravity defying. It's so un-sexy it makes my brain hurt.
The enormous-frog-eyes look really only works in an abstracted medium, like cartoons... you make it too realistic and it's a death-plunge into the Uncanny Valley.
