There's a fake Canadian sending a fake letter about how bad Canada has it in terms of health care, aimed at scaring Americans away from a useful health-care policy.

Unsurprisingly, it's full of lies. Lies that rely on you simply not checking *any* of it. Lies worthy of a Creationist, even.

Goddamned illegal immigrant smokers jumping the MRI queue I've been waiting two years for. I can't believe they let them pay for it with the money the saved by not paying 55% taxes on money-sinking needle programs.

I waited a whole 6 days for my MRI, and that was because it not only wasn't critical, it was so non-critical that I'd waited more than 5 years to even go to the doctor about the problem in the first place.

The thing I'd like to have cleared up - conservatives commonly say that people are dying in the waiting lines in Canada, that it takes so long to get care that people die before it occurs. Where are these dead people?
