US Government "accidentally" reveals email addresses of all Department Of Justice whistleblowers in regards to DoJ malfeasance, CC's Cheney's staff on the email.

This comes, of course, after the faith-based judges on the US Supreme Court overruled the fact-based judges and ruled that US government whistleblowers do not get whistleblower protection if identified.

Hey, its the new national leadership: SNITCHES GET STITCHES.

If the Bush/cheney/neocon crowd keeps up theres gonna be a real, real fine line between deciding that its time to go live in another country, not being allowed to leave this one, and not being allowed in anywhere else.

The committee email was sent to tipsters who had used the website form, including presumably whistleblowers themselves, and all of the recipients of the email were accidentally included in the "to:" field -- instead of concealing those addresses with a so-called blind carbon copy or "bcc:"
Jesus Jesus Jesus f--k.

This is about the point when the question of it being an accident becomes somehow slightly less relevant in the face of the possible consequences.

Don't get whistleblower protection if revealed?!

You mean you can't persecute a whistleblower.... unless you chose to persecute a whistleblower?!

Accident? Surely even the rabid right can't believe that?

I mean, whistleblowers get no protection if they're blowing the whistle *on the government*. Whistleblower protection laws only apply to *non-government* whistleblowers.
