Most of them were old US warships or captured German or Japanese vessels, including the aircraft carriers Saratoga and Independence. Here's a full list of the vessels involved in both Bikini tests (http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq76-5.htm), and what happened to them afterwards.
