Yup. My parents are pure-bred dog breeders, and they still have a vew vials of semen in storage from a dog that died in the early 90s. As the photo mentions, it's a lot less expensive to ship dog semen for artificial insemination than live animals, especially when dealing with countries like Australia that have extremely severe quarantine laws.
