Nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

It seems the Republican party is finally splitting along a natural fault line. Good.

Should Huffington become president? Well, I think he's more principled than most of the Republican candidates I've heard, which is to the good, but I'm not exactly a big supporter of anti-gay, anti-social-support policies. All in all, I'd like to see him win the nomination, though.

Uh, you mean Huckabee, right?

Arianna Huffington isn't running.
And isn't male.

Actually, her husband and her used to be big conservative activists, and he was a Republican member of Congress.

She's big into wacky "spiritual" stuff. I'm not really a fan.

I know who she is quite well, thanks.

However, she still isn't running, and she's still not male, and she's still got a funny and apt take on the issue.

Old world conservative/Republican, or new world conservative/Republican?

Anywho, she was fun to watch on Politically Incorrect.

"And there is certainly no shortage of outrage among hyperventilating conservative columnists across the country. The National Review's Rich Lowry has coined a neologism of his own: "Huckacide." This is when a national party commits suicide by nominating an "under-vetted former governor who is manifestly unprepared to be president of the United States." Yeah, that would certainly be crazy, wouldn't it? Makes you wonder where these people have been for the last seven years."

I flip past the HuffPo for news now and then, but tend to avoid the generic, super-liberal blog posts. But Arianna absolutely wins for that one. Thanks for the link.
