Ah... they were pointing back to 1/31 of last year, which is when the whole Lite Brite "bomb scare" thing happened. Which is why they added the "never forget" part.
I am generally oblivious to such things, since I don't watch TV or read the paper. I don't even look online. I figure that if it's important, friends will put in LJ.
