Legless floating one would be Wendigo/Ithqua the Windwalker, the trunked one to his right would I believe be an avatar of Nyarlathotep. Mind you, I think the 3-lobed eye one on the far right is ALSO an avatar of Nyarlathotep. The one on the far left with no head and mouths in its hands is really familiar but I can't remember a name. Cthulhu is obvious.
Not everything in that pic is necessarily great old one. It's obviously a spoof on the "Where the Wild Things Are" artwork, so I wouldn't assume that all are Cthulhu's Crew. Besides, Toad, Yog Sothoth, and Tsuthugua are still missing from your list :P
