I mean, there are lots of angles from wh8ich it could bother someone, but I just am not that bothered by it. I am, however, as a rule not bothered my nazi humor, so that might be it. Not that I'm pro nazi. they suck, of course. I just don't mind jokes.
I don't know about publius 1, but I've spent some decades where at least once a day, I'd think about the Holocaust with a definite "it could have been me" tone. I've made a moderately successful effort to not do that so much-- it isn't good for me, and doesn't help anyone else, either.
However, there's no way I can be amused by Holocaust joke, even if it's a pretty good pun.
The precious-ifying of the Holocaust, mainly. I don't think I'll ever find Holocaust jokes funny, unless they're spoken with deep deep deep irony. Just a personal thing.
Odd, I kind of like it because it's deeply ironic. It is baby faux hitler and the juice cup, after all. But I can see the issue. I guess I have thicker skin about it.
