You know, this is why Pluto was declared a planet in the first place, back in 1930--observations of Neptune led to the conclusion that there was something big interfering with its orbit. When they noticed Pluto, they said "There it is, and it must be big because of Neptune's orbit."

Then, they realized that their original Neptune observations were all wrong.

But hey, cool, new planet.

WTF happened to Eris, yo?

Srsly...we didn't "loose" a planet when they re-clased pluto. We gained 2 new ones (Eris and Xerxes).....

So R they talking about something out past Eris?

Eris, Ceres, Pluto, and the big one out past Pluto, are not planets. They are "dwarf planets".

This one is bigger than Mars. Given it's distance, it's actually probably about 30% bigger than the Earth - just much less dense.
