Looks like the site is a Russian version of Deviant Art - lots of random shit posted.
If whoever originally posted could let us know what gallery/page it was on, the poster of the image may have a few more enties which might give us some context.

That's the one.

I always liked her. Read about her in a book of children's Bible stories sometime between the ages of four and seven, and thought she was the coolest thing ever.

There was even a nifty little coloured drawing, showing Sisera's head as he lay there asleep, and Jael's hand, holding the tent peg above it.
