There's a certain demented practicality to that. We're running out of places to PUT snow. He's managed to take a small stretch of land and store a LOT of it there. This means there's less ending up in the street, narrowing things...


But the neighbor on that side is going to be TOTALLY unamused if it collapses onto THEIR drive as it melts, or if the water floods THEIR basement.
