It's relaxed, so you can't see the eyespots on the wings. They expose those while sparking, when cornered, to make predators (like housecats) think they're bigger than they really are.

Aww, cute little youngin. Still a touch smaller then I would expect on average, typically they average 3-4 fingers long in my experience.

IME, they may be as long as three fingers are wide, and go up to four. Past that you're really in the grey zone between old house dragon and young toadroarer.
