I was going to laud that, but really, it looks like exactly the sort of dalek they'd have used a few years ago. I wasn't sure it wasn't from the set at first. Which could actually make it better, but I'm not sure.
Neat, but I must nit-pick. The piston on the rear wheel should go to the outside of the wheel, not to the center. I guess it could be a shock absorber.
