Indeed, part of my reaction upon seeing the image was to wonder, "what do I have to do to arrange for that to be reproduced using my own skull after my death?" (Updated, possibly, to reflect changes in technology between now and then, since I hope that day is a long time coming -- though I expect cabled networks will continue to be significant no matter what, even if the insides of the cables are glass instead of copper.)
