...You know, I was going to say that if you're dumb enough to believe that bleach will prevent HIV, you deserve whatever happens.

Then something occurred to me: It's not their fault. They're not even being given the resources to educate themselves. There's nothing there to encourage that.

And then the constant comparison of the US to a third-world country begins to make sense.
