Oh, come on. His election was both democratic AND not blatantly corrupt, meaning he's got a far, far better claim to the title of "President" than Bush does.
And even you've got to admit that if Bush thought he could get away with a quarter of what Chavez has done, he'd do it, and, unlike Chavez, Bush DOESN'T have what's best for his people at heart. Chavez may be a dick, but at least he's honestly trying.
