The SCA stuff, I can take or leave, and by that I mean I skim it enough to determine it's SCA and then leave it, but Jeff's medical stories are pure gold.

It's not worth teaching kids under twelve to do CPR, because they can't compress the chest enough to actually make blood flow from the heart. (Also, the reason why you should do 30 compressions for every 2 breaths, because amateurs only get blood flowing by about compression number 15 to 20.) Teaching them the principles, yes. But they don't need to know the moves.
Dude, putting ice on a sprained ancle is not first aid. You need to get some perspective about medical emergencies and stop comparing a fucking sprained ancle to a cardiac arrest.
