OK, let us clear up a crucial detail. Women do NOT have the right, constitutional or otherwise, to do what they want with their body if no other sentient being is hurt. If they had, they could take acid in public and no one would come and lock them away.

She stated to three senior Yale University officials today, including two deans, that she did not impregnate herself and that she did not induce any miscarriages. She is an artist and has the right to express herself through performance art.

Had these acts been real, they would have violated basic ethical standards and raised serious mental and physical health concerns.
