He may actually *be* having fun, depending on the circumstances surrounding this picture. If this is from some dumb site that breeds hand-raised bears for movies, the dog may have been raised with the bear and they may be playing. The bear certainly looks pretty relaxed. If the dog is "bearbaiting", he is concentrating on a job. Either way, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH PEOPLE!!

Reminds me of that Taiwanese? Chinese? "zoo" that cross-fosters tigers and piglets for recreational entertainment....
