They've got a point. All they're really doing is asking the FCC to rigorously apply the rules.
The problem is that the FCC's rules are based on "community standard", and "community standard" tends to be defined as "that which is complained about" - which means, if only one group is doing the complaining, they *define* the standard that the FCC follows in determining obscenity.
