Where do you get that number? It certainly wasn't in the article you linked to.

Okay, I'm pleased to hear that they have decreased, but they still control a lot of Clearwater, Florida. :( If you listen to some people, they would probably tell you that there's no real knowing how big they are. I gather that if you bug them or say anything they don't like they intimitdate and harrass the hell out of people.
