Well then...Aren't you glad that Moffet's taking over?

I was asked to not provide any details of any kind to My Lovely Wife until she'd seen it. Thus, even my opinion of it being total crap was a "spoiler", and there's really nothing more to say about it than that. Russell T Deus Ex Machina strikes again.

I'm sorry. I watched as far as the bit where there became two doctors and then I drifted off into a happy place and didn't really notice the rest of the episode.

so you didn't notice the part where there were THREE? *rolls eyes*

I kind of expect the show to be corny and happy-go-lucky and all that, what with it being a kids' (or "family") show, so bearing that in mind I can actually enjoy it unless I think too hard about what's going on. I watch it for the pretty doctor and for my inner 7-year-old sci-fi geek.

But only two of them were DT, which was really all I cared about.

It wasn't as bad as "Rose is God now, fixes everything" (S1E13) or "The Doctor Hits The History Eraser Button" (S2E13) or "The Doctor is God now, fixes everything, and hits the History Eraser Button" (S3E13).

However, being not as bad as the three previous season finales only means that it is, at worst, the fourth-worst episode ever.

It's the fourth-worst episode ever. And the three lower on the list were not much worse.

I loved it. Stunningly dark ending - and almost Seinfeld-esque in that it shows just how self-obsessed all the characters are.
