Yes, it's from the Piranha Brothers sketch. Dindale Piranha suffers from a paranoid delusion that he's persued by a 12 foot hedgehog named "Spiny Norman". The end of the sketch has an animation of Spiny Norman peeking around various London monuments going "Dinsdale? Dins-dale!"
FTW Please, no more entries! I was watching a Dean Martin show, he did a skit where he played a mystery voice. It was the "Chairman Of The Board", not hard to get. He fooled around about it. "Write you name on a piano top, and send it to..." He got 27 piano tops. Now people would believe it, back then I think there were just 27 smartasses who had a few extra bucks to ship a piano lid.
