I don't know why he was wearing so much eyeliner. I've heard it's something that the actor does in more than just DK, so maybe it's a personal preference. That better?

That guy wears eyeliner in EVERY role he plays. Even in LOST...on an island...the guy looks like Jared Leto after a live gig.

I'm not sure he was. He is a repeated guest in Lost, and I had the same question there too. Even in scenes where him looking/feeling pretty has no purpose (and rest of the castaways look like, well, sun/wind-blasted castaways) he has those eyes. So I guess they are natural, after all.

His IMDB page shows many pictures of him without the makeup. It's makeup.
