It is completely awesome

I would never suggest that you steal a copy, but instead I think that any person who likes adventure movies, swashbuckling movies, funny movies OR musicals should buy a copy immediately.

Dig Danny Kay's 'leet sword skills. He was so fast, they had to have the fight coordinator stand in for Basil Rathbone (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0049096/trivia). And according to Ben Stiller's Dad, Danny Kaye invented rap. Cool!

Oh yay! When Ryan said he had seen this movie and liked Danny Kaye I knew he was it for me.

I saw court jester when I was a small child and fell in love with Danny Kaye right away.

I was shocked that was Angela Lansbury too. She was soooo pretty.

The marching scene is one of my favorites along with the whole Chalise from the palace and vessel with the pestle and the Dragon with the Flagon.

Too funny. Still causes me to giggle watching it.
