Negations in French are always paired.

ne [verb] pas
ne [verb] rien
ne [verb] jamais
ne [verb] aucun
etc.

"Ne" indicates negation. [Verb] is the verb you are negating. The finisher indicates the *type* of negation - no, not, never, none, not any, etc.

And "François" is a name - the French equivalent to "Frank". Français is the language, and also the possessive form - "belonging to France or the French". In fact, the use of "Français" as the name of the language is, itself, colloquial (or was several centuries ago) - the correct term would, at one point, have been "la langue Français" - "The language of the French"

PS: I'm almost certain you (and, in turn, I) have conjugated "parlez" incorrectly. It really should be "je ne parle pas le Français. Je suis un pamplemousse"
