To be fair, it was a propane plant. I have no idea why it ignited, however. Apparently they had a fire, and then the explosion (which was inevitable, really).
"Holy shit" doesn't quite cover it, but yeah. :/ They've evacuated the entire area (or are working on it). Thankfully there haven't been many injuries or fatalities.
I'm still not sure if we know what caused the explosion.
