A really long time ago I realised that Danny Elfman and Tim Burton's "Kidnap The Sandy Claws" has a rhythm to the verses almost identical to that of KMFDM's "Megalomaniac".

And that I *need* a Mash-Up of the two.

And yet, despite all this time, I still have no Mash-up.

Help me out, interwebs.

I tried lining up the two songs in Audacity (granted I've never done a mash-up but I wanted to try..). The only main problem I had, other than aligning them so the first beat of each song began at the same time, was the fact that their tempos are slightly different. Not a problem to make them the same, but I had to find a way to figure out what the BPM actually was first.

Then I got overheated and went to lie down. :X

I don't expect to make anything good out of this (though it can't hurt to play around and try, right?), so I hope someone else can pull through!

The version that always REALLY strikes me as a good matchup is the Excessive Force Mix off MDFMK.

You'd obviously have to adjust the songs. That's not the point. The point is that the rhythm of the *words* matches up.
