Do you own a GSM phone?

Have you always wanted a Dalek in a bubble that will light up and move around when you receive a phone call?

Your wish has been granted!

Heh, so they're over there now as well? SB got given one for her birthday last December, it lasted a few months but randomly went off for signal checks and other peoples phones.

Still rather cool.

My friends got me one at a toystore in Boston. Unfortunately, most phones in the US are CDMA, so it's kind of useless for me. Cute though.

Well, yes. It detects traffic along certain bandwidths, and goes off for that, without having any well to actually tell whose phone it is.

I WANT ONE. For free, because I don't have a GSM phone. But I want one anyway, so I can stick it on my desk in my offices full of enterprise GSM device.

I've got one of those hanging off my phone. Sadly, it doesn't work with my latest phone but it did with the previous - it would spin round and round madly while flashing blue.
