Bonus: Ryanair's "customer service" people sold her multiple tickets that wouldn't scan to get her on the plane, and refused to speak to her about it until Heathrow Security stepped in. They gave her a number to fax a complaint in to get a refund, and the fax number has been disconnected.

The field, mind, not the password itself. So when I, with my long-and-secure password, tried to log in, it refused to log me in and wouldn't say why. And the answer I got from IT was "well, get a shorter password!" Never mind that there are no restrictions on the password in the system, just that one login screen...
