The face is distorted, the nose is unreal, the fur does not look real and neither does the spool of thread. The whole thing looks not real, like a Bateman painting (see icon). I mean it's realistic, but if you inspect closely you can tell it's not real.
No, it's not like any cat (of thousands) I've ever seen. The colour of the inner ear is slightly off, too. It's a painting the same way as the following:
