wait a minute... according to this Prop 8 will remove the rights fo same sex couples to marry and Google wants people to vote "no" on it. Isn't that a good thing or am i misreading something?
As a matter of legal policy, anything that is entitled "Eliminates Right ..." is - as a matter of United States Legal Tradition - something that ought not be the government's purview in the first place.
As a matter of /humanity/, it should be voted "no" on because voting "yes" supports the amendment to remove the right (ugh I can't believe I am typing that preceding phrase) of same-sex couples to marry.
Wow. Kudos to Google for taking a stance on that issue.
On a related note of companies and politics, I found this post in the "what links here section": Facebook is proud of having "extremely strong connections with the Republican party" (http://blog.skulk.ca/2008/10/failings-of-facebook.html). Great. Just the kind of company I want storing my personal data.

Google wants you to vote "No".
Thus, Google wants a good thing.
hence, Google's new official company policy, that "homophobes are morons".
