Flickr overlays the images with a clear .gif to prevent people from right-clicking and hotlinking. Eliminate that "cover" image and you can find the real one.
Or you can just do what I did, and yank it from cache and rehost:
The .gif is, quite simply, a transparent image displayed *over* every Flickr image I've ever seen. I use adblock to kill spaceball.gif, and suddenly I can hit the image behind it.
I don't have an account, though, so it might be a login thing.
I found the adblock option myselfm, handy tool ain't it. Thanks to your earlier explanation I also had the chance to look at the page source and learn how exactly Flickr did it. Neat.
