theweaselkingBlizzard's posting new snippets of DIII background and fiction, all written from the IC perspective of a historian and scholar.
His name is Abd al-Hazir.
Arabic is my sixth language, meaning I speak only about two dozen words of it and can mostly get by with "Hello" "Do you speak English?" and "there is no God but God and Mohammed is his Prophet"[1], but my best guess on translating that is "Servant of convenience".
Which is an AWESOME name for a character mouthpiece. It's like naming your authorial insertion character Baron von Schadenfreude.
