That would have been my second guess, but her skin looks too perfect, if you know what I mean.

Also note how overlit the photo is. They're trying to wash out any such imperfections.

Not sure you need the contacts in that case.

Makeup is a big possibility. I go from pale and imperfect to paler perfect porcelain in about 15 minutes with proper application of Makeup Forever. It's meant for stage and photo shoots.

it's a wig, with contacts. a heavy flash and proper make up will wipe out most imperfections. Especially at that level of magnification. Anything else can be cloned out in PS.

My friend's anti-migraine contacts make her eyes that anime reddish-brown color. In person, it's super-creepy.

Um, they're reddish-brown? She was having non-stop migraine attacks that seemed to be triggered by light, and after months of consults with neurologists, they still had no idea what was actually wrong with her, so she just wears the contacts, which stop the migraines and make her look like a vampire. So, y'know, no real downside!

Sorry, I don't know anything more than that, really. If you're having light-triggered migraines, I could ask her for more information?

I don't think light itself is the trigger, although one of my first symptoms of a migraine aside from headache and dry mouth is extreme light sensitivity.

If you can get more info that'd be awesome.

There is a form of migraines known as ocular migraines. They are triggered by visual irritation (exposure to bright lights for long periods of time or in great intensity, pressure on the eyes, constant exposure to saturated colors, staring at a computer monitor for too long...) Stress, illness, lack of sleep and head injury can also increase the likelihood of these occurring. There are other factors as well, but so long as the visual stimulation is maintained to a non-irritating level, the migraines tend to not occur.

So non-migraine lenses make sense. And since i suffer from Ocular migraines, I would also like a pair.
