Look, if you are still a McCain supporter, you will be forever lumped in with these fucking idiots. I don't care if you are a well spoken, well thought out individual who supports him on policy differences. His main support base is FUCKING IDIOTS.

Well, townhall.com is a neo-Con echo chamber so I don't expect much better from those slack-jawed troglodytes. The pity is that some other gullible folks might actually believe this drivel.

-- Steve's thinking that the Obama game-ads are eerie enough to make for good propaganda-fodder without making up crap like that.

Aw c'mon it's totally realistic. Obama often speaks about how much his heritage means to him, maybe he'll bring over all his relatives.

I kid.

I will note that this is an entirely new level of retardation.

The thing I always wonder about this sort of thing is does the person who rights and posts that stuff actually mean it? Or are they just aiming for the LCS (lowest common stoop-o-meter).

(I will note that it's as much a mistake to lump McCain in with the moron who wrote this as it is to blame Obama for some of the dumber things said my the likes of Al Sharpton. Sadly, we can't force stupid people *not* to support us).

I'm not a McCain supporter. I have great personal respect for the soldier, I have great personal respect for what he was able to survive, I have respect for him stepping forward and saying 'Waterboarding is torture, dumbasses'. Unfortunately in the last 18 months he's transformed into the archetypical republican presidential candidate which means he little enough resembles the man he was.

I'd have more respect for his "anti-torture" stance if he'd actaully voted, at any time, to make torture illegal, instead of voting 100% of the time to make it legal.

Despite McCain's reputation as a principled Republican, he's never done anything to actually *deserve* it. Unlike, say, Arlen Specter, who is dead wrong on several issues but at least can logically and consistently defend his positions.

Not giving him carte blanche, but there are times where actually speaking up about something gets you credit on some things. Not as much as backing it up mind you but you do get credit for being one of the few people in your party to say something about it.

seriously??

the funny thing is my and my gf saw this speech, and she was like...watch some dumb ass say something about he flag...

and i was like: there is no ay people are that stupid...yeah, we to reaffirm my belief in humanity..

now granted we live in Michigan, so we are subjected to the Ohio flag more than most of the country..and from certain parts of Michigan i can clearly see the Columbus State House.

but seriously..whenever Michelle MAlkin is the VOICE OF REASON THERE IS A PROBLEM!

In other news, someone hung a ghost (I really want to say spook) meant to represent Obama in their front yard.

Not an official piece of news, I know, but massively fucked up all the same.

A true scroll-down catch... and milk does not hurt quite as much as, say, soda would when inhaled into the nose.

Then there are other times where you speak up about something (torture is bad, support the troops, etc), are in a position to actually do (or vote towards doing) something about it, then don't do it.

Yes, I understand and conceded that point in my original comment.

My point was that there are times when you do get credit for speaking up when alot of your peers are not doing so.

Not as much credit as if you actually backing it up and *doing* something, but some small credit.

But now that small credit is eaten up by the disparity between talking big and being a hypocritical ass.
