That Uberti 1847 Walker I got was about $400. An authentic 1847 Walker Colt was auctioned off last week for $970,000. There should be quite a few 1873's around, but at a price.
Except I have a) no use for a *single-action revolver*, and b) no desire to pay $700 for a toy. Especially not a toy that I legally, ethically, and *sanely* can't carry around and use as a toy.
The Peacemaker is *cool*, but it's not a *useful* gun. And, since it's not useful, I don't want to spend more than toy prices for it.
