I don't see why, it's not like house locks are actually intended for security. Same with car locks. They're only intended to keep mostly-honest lazy people honest.

Dishonest people could just break the window or take a crowbar to the door.

It's also easily preventable: Pickbuster (http://www.pickbuster.co.uk/) if you don't want to change your locks, or special locks (http://www.bumpstopsecurity.com/ml-bumpstop-cylinder-tech.shtml) if you do. Of course, you have to wonder why all locks aren't fitted with these things.
