No more Opus. He's been retired.

Opus died with Bloom County. It just took Brethed 20 years to bury him.

I grew up in the 80's and 90's reading Bloom County in the paper and reading my dad's collection books. Between that and Doonesbury, it's no surprise that I'm as political as I am.

When I moved to Germany for my Senior year of high school, I had my grandmother mail the strips from the paper to me. I got an envelope every week, and laughed my ass off.
