January. And it won't be for this, since this is going to get quashed. It will be for any and all unspecified crimes that may or may not have been committed.

I won't say anything if Bush pardons each and every crook who worked in his administration, as long as all the crimes that are pardoned are specified in detail.

I can't remember for the life of me if they can actually do it that way. I think the pardons have to be specific....

... but I don't remember and of course there's always the chance he'll Executive Order in a loophole....

... curious enough to do a bit of research though.
