I'm normally a real stickler for sportsmanlike conduct, but I have shockingly little remorse for the clowns who got drilled in the face. If you're going to stand there and fuck with a thrower, you'd better be ready.
I think the rule has been changed since then so that you have to be 2m away from a throw-in, though.
OK, yeah, it was in fact another throw-in to white.
But to the kid in blue's credit, he recovered, and came back and did it exactly the same way. The second time the throw went onto the pitch (and really quite far, demonstrating the value of the acrobatics, if you can do it).
