You can get new men from other tribes, once all the idiot posturing is over with. You could even borrow the mythological Amazon route, and only borrow men from other tribes, and killing or giving away the boy children.

I get the impression also the hope is eventually the current, aging, adult male population will stop fighting before it gets to the "no men at all" point.
