Nuclear-powered, 24 wheels, built with the design goal that, barring an accident[1], absolutely no material would NEED to be added or subtracted from the car for the first century of operation.

It runs on Thorium.

[1]: Or refilling your wiper fluid, I suspect. If it had wipers, which it looks like it doesn't.
