So, basically, he's saying their customer is the idiots who use MSN because it's the only thing they know how to use, and they don't know any better. And they're not bothering to try and attract new customers. EXCELLENT business model, dude.
When I interviewed for a Microsoft software position on a whim 2 years ago, one of the questions consisted of asking you how you would make it so that music and software was completely locked down and uncopy-able. And the gist of the interview was that the copyright and clients to microsoft are always more important than the users and the users can go fuck themselves.
Needless to say, the rest of the interview didn't go well once I started mocking him with how much more superior Linux was and then right after the interview, I went out and bought an ipod.
