I'm not usually a huge fan of the frou-frou poodle cuts and stuff (I mean, I'm not going to say they're cruel or anything, I'm just not a fan), but this is actually pretty cool.
Although I can't tell if it's a cut, or a costume. The more I look at it, the more I'm leaning toward the latter.
