One wonders alittle about how exactly it was produced. I'm thinking that the wine was photographed/photoshopped in afterwards as the is no reflection on the table. Alternately it may be a section of red acrylic attached to the piece in the foreground. I notice that that piece is not fully reflected in the picture.
