Torture Museum Prank you say? lol Either way, I'm sure it works as a deterrent. The mental image is enough to deter people, I'm sure. I mean, rationally I'm thinking "There's no way that would happen." But there's that squicky part in the back going, "Yeah, but... is it worth the risk?"
