Conservative, at least in name. The budget the PM had to table in order to remain in power, though, has his back bench muttering that he may not be conservative enough... in the mean time, the Liberal party threw their earlier leader into a volcano and annointed a new Chosen One that might not be too much left of the PM.

remember when Canadian politics was boring

First time I heard anything about Canadian politics was when the results of the '93 election came in.

So no, not really.

You guys need a better electoral system. So do we, but our votes aren't split 4 ways all over the place. Hopefully Duverger'll kick in soon for you though, Harper'll be helping with that.
